  4.                    SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  6.       The Advanced Fonts Viewer is shareware ("try-before-you-buy").
  7.       This means:

  9. 1. All copyrights to Advanced Fonts Viewer are exclusively 
  10.    owned by Alexander G. Styopkin.
  11.  
  12. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 14 days.
  13.    Following this test period of 14 days or less, if you wish to
  14.    continue to use Advanced Fonts Viewer, you MUST REGISTER.
  15.  
  16. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  17.    Advanced Fonts Viewer on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any 
  18.    legal purpose, at a time.  The registered Advanced Fonts Viewer 
  19.    software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently 
  20.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
  21.    If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and
  22.    all previous versions.

  24. 4. The Advanced Fonts Viewer unregistered shareware version, may be 
  25.    freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.  
  26.    No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution 
  27.    of Advanced Fonts Viewer without written permission from the 
  28.    copyright holder.

  30. 5. Advanced Fonts Viewer IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". 
  31.    NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  32.    YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE
  33.    LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  34.    ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  35.    THIS SOFTWARE.

  37. 6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  38.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  39.    licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  40.    provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  41.    result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may
  42.    result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.  All rights not expressly
  43.    granted here are reserved by Alexander G. Styopkin.

  45. 7. Installing and using Advanced Fonts Viewer signifies acceptance of
  46.    these terms and conditions of the license.

  48. 8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  49.    Advanced Fonts Viewer files from your storage devices and cease to
